2 1/2 lbs. of ground beef or venison
1 pkg. of Aldo's Italian Sausage Spice Mix
1 pkg. of Aldo's Marinara Sauce Mix
1 pkg. of shredded mozzerella cheese
1 precooked pizza crust
Mix Italian Sausage Spice Mix with ground meat, pan fry until brown and drain. Make Marinara Sauce according to directions. Spread sauce, meat and cheese as desired onto crust. Bake according to directions on pizza crust. Aldo's Pepperoni Spice Mix can be used with or in place of the Italian Sausage Spice Mix.
1 pkg. of Aldo's Italian Meatball Mix
1 pkg. of Aldo's Marinara Sauce Mix
1 pkg. of jumbo shells
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Follow directions on Meatball Mix and Marinara Mix. Stuff uncooked shells with uncooked meatball mix. Put 1/2" of sauce in a 9"x13" pan. Place shells in pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese for final 5 minutes. Remove cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
3 lbs. of boneless chicken (cut up)
1 pkg. of Aldo's Marinara Sauce Mix
1 cup of sliced zucchini
1 pkg. pasta
Prepare Marinara Sauce according to directions. Brown chicken in fry pan for 10 minutes. Drain and add chicken and zucchini to Marinara sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
1 lb. ground venison
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. of Aldo's Italian Meatball Mix
2 eggs
1 cup ketchup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Crush Meatball Mix and mix ingredients together. Put in loaf pan, top with 1/4 cup of ketchup. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375°. Top with shredded cheese.
2 1/2 lbs. ground venison
2 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 pkg. of Aldo's Wild Game Salami Mix
2 1/2 tbsp. of Aldo's Cajun Seasoning
Mix all of the above thoroughly and shape into 5 equal loaves. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300° for 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving.
3 tbsp. of Aldo's "Quick" Jerky Cure
1 tbsp. of Aldo's Cajun Seasoning
2 lbs. of meat strips (cut 1/2" x 1")
Follow directions on Jerky Cure label adding Cajun seasoning. Ground meat works equally well if you have a jerky gun.
1 lb. ground venison
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes (undrained)
1 8 oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
1 8 oz. can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 pkg. Aldo's Marinara Sauce Mix
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup of elbow macaroni or shells
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of thinly sliced celery
1 1/4 cups of water
Cook venison in large pot and drain. Cut up tomatoes and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
